These terms govern your purchase and use of the StackOS course bundle ("the Product"). By purchasing, you agree to the terms below.
StackOS is a digital product delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive a single download link (zip file) containing all included content, typically within a few minutes of purchase.
Because this is a digital product delivered instantly and the content becomes accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue receiving your access materials, contact support and we will resolve the delivery issue directly — this does not entitle you to a refund once access has been granted.
This product is distributed under a commercial license that includes Private Label Rights (PLR) and Master Resell Rights (MRR), obtained under a valid license agreement with the original rights holder. Under this license, buyers of StackOS may: edit and rebrand the included course content; resell the bundle, in original or modified form, to their own customers; and retain 100% of resale proceeds without owing royalties to StackOS or the original licensor. This license does not transfer trademark rights to any third-party brand names, software, or platforms referenced within the course content, and does not grant rights to claim authorship of any individual instructor's likeness or original spoken content beyond what the underlying PLR/MRR license permits. Buyers are responsible for ensuring their own resale activity complies with applicable consumer protection and advertising laws in their jurisdiction.
Access materials are personal to the purchaser. Sharing your personal copy of the download for free redistribution (as opposed to legitimate resale under the license above) is not permitted.
The Product is provided "as is." StackOS makes no guarantee of income, business results, or resale success from use of the Product. StackOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Product.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
